They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office.

VERY FRUSTRATING experience with this office's billing. One short hour at the office for a wellness exam became seven months of billing hell.

I will now avoid this office at all costs, as my insurance is not strong enough nor my pockets deep enough to endure the billing burdens. The stress that this office has added to my life is enormous. I am disgusted how this office has contributes to my financial stress. They showed no regard for my total well-being.

The place operates like a factory, and I was treated as a customer foremost and as a patient secondary.

Warning: if Dr Berard chooses to order tests for you, even without your consent or knowledge, you are 100% responsible for paying those bills. And she does this. So beware!

Otherwise, she seemed like a nice person. I have no qualifications to know whether she provides good medical advice.
