They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
