They are prepared for my appointment and use their computer to keep detailed records about me. The staff was usually helpful, but it is hard to get through to a live person. They are very busy at this location. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Sometimes, they have not pursued my medical issues to find the root cause, and have told me to "get used to getting older" instead of referring me to a specialist or pursuing more testing. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Their office equipment was in great shape and looked very advanced. I have to be my own advocate under their care, as with any medical provider. They are a very compassionate office, though, and always very friendly.

I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
