They make sure every single question I have was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions or concerns, or if an emergency arises. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Overall, Dr. Ross & staff are terrific, I highly recommend them to everyone, they just don't make them any better than this practice. I've been a patient for close to 10 years!

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.

I was a nervous dental patient until I started going to Dr. Ross's office. My husband had been going there for years, and he coaxed me into giving them a try about 10 years ago. I'm glad he did. Now my husband, my daughter, and I all go there regularly for our checkups, cleanings, and other visits. The staff is wonderful, attentive, and friendly. They have both evening and weekend hours. I've heard them take in emergency patients immediately. They're just the best. They lay out all your options for you and help you to choose the best one for your specific needs; they are not a one-size-fits-all practice.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.
