What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Dr. Patel has been our family doctor for more than 15 year and has seen us through the most mundane and the most serious of medical problems. He has always been kind, professional, open, and available. He is everything that you would want a general practitioner to be.
