Most Doctors offices I ever went to there is a slight wait. After all this is an emergency clinic too.
Dr. Sinha is as professional as the come. I know he generally cares about his patients and has help me regain my health.
I was new to the area and he came highly recommended.
My Brother two sons are M.D.'s, I verify diagnosis with them after describing symptoms- They feel I am fortunate to have a Doctor who probably has to see 60-80 patients a day and takes the time to verify with tests.
The waiting room has on going satellite movies, and the staff despite one who can be rude at times is professional.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They have a small lot which is sometimes full but there is parking on the street, close by. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
