Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
