Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. ex..was comfused about why teeth were getting filled again..when I was told that the other side needed filling next time... when I brought it up again..they poceeded to fill without explaination.I got the feeling that lunch was overdue...and I was being rushed out when I was there. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Concerned about the cleanliness of the tools being put in mouth....spotted mirror!!Got an eye roll when asked if the tool could be cleaned. Once tool was cleaned it looked like it should have in the first place.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
