Not only did they not call me to remind me about my appointment, they forgot that I even had an appointment and refused to fit me in. When I showed up, they were very confused why I was there. Very unorganized and unprofessional staff. After this experience of trying to become a new patient I in turn cancelled my three children's appointment. I asked to speak to the Doctor and was told he was not there and if he was he would not come out to speak to me anyway. Five women sitting behind the desk starring while I converse with one person who is responsible for scheduling. All doing nothing......Seriously, not a customer friendly place.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

This is the thing... The doctors are good (but not great) and a majority of the receptionists are awful. Awful attitude, mediocre demeanor, and the overall condescending verbal communication that I've witnessed directed toward the clients (and inflicted personally) is indeed inappropriate.

I decided to take my business elsewhere strictly due to their lack of customer service if you will. You get what you pay for, it's located inside of a mall (which I chose for pure convenience, since I love Macy's and a few other stores) so they are frequently busy and simply do not have time to build a relationship with clients, let alone create a significance amongst there clientele... what a shame.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
