They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

I have been going to Dr. O'Dwyer's office for over 8 years now and have nothing but fantastic things to say about him and his staff. They are always plesant and accomodating, and the office is super clean. Dr. O'Dwyer is big on preventative care which is so important for preserving your smile! Everyone I have met with takes the time to ensure that all of my questions are addressed. I never thought going to the dentist would be so pleasant, but Dr.O'Dwyer and his staff make it happen!

I went to my regular appointment and ended up finding out I needed a root canal. That was obviously bad news but I couldn't have asked for them to be more thorough in the diagnosis and description. First the hygienist identified the problem based on xrays before even looking in my mouth, which she showed me. She then looked and confirmed she thought there was an issue. She proceeded to take additional xrays which she showed me her concern, in addition to regular pics of the tooth to show me what the issue was. After my cleaning the dentist came in and confirmed there was an issue and thoroughly explained what was going to have to happen. They got me in for a root canal two days later. Prior to doing anything the dentist pulled up an image on their computer and showed me exactly what they were going to do. After telling him that I was nervous about the Novocaine, he reassured me, put on a lot of topical anesthetic, and gave me the least painful shot of Novocaine I have ever had. The procedure was completely painless, with updates as to what the dentist was doing along the way. The dentist then called me the next morning to see how I was doing. Unfortunate situation, but couldn't ask for better care.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I am not a big talker, especially for comments but I just want to tell that Dr. Jeremiah O'Dwayer is the best doctor - dentist I've ever had. He is caring, understandable, excellent specialist of what he does. I consider myself lucky to be his patient. I can't thank him enough for what he does for me. The staff of his office is great: they are great professionals of what their duties are, polite, smile all the time, treat patients with respect and everything they do is done in no time. Thanks to all of them. I will not even try to get another dentist. Thank you Dr. O'Dwyer from the bottom of my heart and thanks to all members of your staff.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! They were so kind and attentive to me.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy from any other dentist and staff.
