One thing I liked about their office, was how easy it was to find parking. I found a spot within a matter of minutes. I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. They were so much more knowledgeable than I ever expected them to be, and they gave me fantastic advice. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Recovering addicts beware! I am a recovering addict and Dr. Cobiella came highly recommended. Unfortunately, he wrote me prescriptions for narcotics knowing I am in recovery. The temptation was too great and now I have just come out of rehab. Needless to say, I will not be seeing him ever again.

I was more than pleased with this physician. He asked all the right questions, listened with care and answered my questions with thoroughly and with great patience and kindness. He explained all the options for treatment in great detail; shared his thought process in considering what medications would be most effective and least harmful and explained in detail what could be expected
and why. It was a collaborative meeting and I was very impressed with the depth of his knowledge, his compassion and understanding and his professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Robert Cobiella.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Never, they are very reliable.

I liked Dr. Cobiella, as a physician but when it come to complying with insurance requests, you can forget it! I was OUT OF MEDS and he/his office staff needed to complete a 3-5 question form for a mail order pharmacy and they would NOT do it! Unless..........of course, I came in for another office visit $$$$$$. At 1st they said, they wouldn't call Medco to initiate things, so I found out how I could get it started and then all they had to do is complete this form and they would't do it.
It he wants a cash practice he needs to do that. Not accept insurance and then not comply with thier rules. I don't like all the hoops either but.... I do think the patient is still the primary concern, NOT the almighty dollar.
