They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Also, Dr. Drew is very nice.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Dr. Drew's office was always amazing. He made the trip before getting my braces, during and after an ease. My teeth look great and I enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Dr. Drew is highly recommended for every family

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
