They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Their eye/dental doctors are fine. Went in to see dr. james for dental, he was ok, he seems rude and unfriendly. I think i will rather see a Uconn dentist instead.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Felt because of the type of insurance we have that we didn't receive the same attention that we did before our insurance changed. It's really a shame that the type of insurance you have dictates the type of care you receive.

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable?
Absolutely, it was fantastic!
Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks
