They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

I will Never go to this Doctor again! I seen him only 3 times during my 9 months of pregnancy! he puts to much trust into his midwives. My baby was a preemie, I was full term but he was shocked when my baby was delivered only because he wasn't prepared for this or was I. He may be a good Doctor but, he has so many people in his office to do what a Doctor that your paying for should do. I live and work in Ocala, I have spoken to other moms about my experience to find I'm not the only one. When you are pregnant ask and talk to other moms about their Dr. and their experience.
