They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I was disappointed with how long they made me wait in the waiting room. I wish they had been able to get me in sooner. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They billed me again 1 yr later for service that I did not receive.
