Top-notch !!! I almost don't want to review as a 5-star as that may cause more of you to take them on as your dentist, and make it harder to get an appt......but they certainly earned every star.

The office staff and dental assistant are the best. Everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr Steve McArtor. He will talk you thru the procedure so that you are comfortable and understand what is being done.

I and my family have been patients of Dr Feichtnger's for about 30 years. He and his staff have always been kind and very gentle. I've recommended him to friends who were afraid of dentist. When they finally went in for dental care they became instant fans .
Dr. Feichtinger, the other Dentists, Hygienist and staff members at McKee Family Dentistry have always been friendly and knowledgeable.
The office is also staffed on Saturdays.
If I were to move away from Loveland, I would stll drive back here for my Dental care.

Dr Ballard is fantastic! Truly humane in all respects, Steve made me feel very comfortable through a cleaning and subsequent short procedure. I highly recommend McKee Family Dentistry...You won't be disappointed!

I had been neglecting my dental visits for 8 years, so I was less than enthralled when I had a nagging toothache that needed attention. I went to another dentist in Fort Collins and was shamed pretty hard for my long lapse between dental visits.

Unbeknownst to me, my wife made an appointment with Dr. Ballard when I refused to see the previous dentist again. Dr. Ballard showed compassion towards me, and he wanted to make sure my teeth lasted as long as they could without me being in pain. In addition to Dr. Ballard being awesome, he has an AWESOME team of hygienists/assistants in Laura and Cathleen. I can tell they actually care about me, and they have tons of respect for Dr. Ballard.

I also want to note how upbeat and friendly the administration staff are at every single visit. At my previous dentist, the administration team made me feel like a nuisance for just checking in or asking a question about my insurance. The ladies up front have been such a delight at McKee Family Dentistry, and they are a huge reason why I now get excited to visit the dentist.

It took me 27 years, but thank you to Dr. Ballard and the entire McKee Family Dentistry Team for completely changing my relationship with the dentist.
