They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
