Worst experience ever. They just saw dollar signs when they saw me and my family. All these unnecessary procedures were done. Had my filling refilled, oops, root canal! Then my crown fell out twice. Kids had their fillings constantly fall out. When kids would have procedures done the bill would be much larger because the doctor would go in and do a "mini" root canal. Every chance they would get they would rack up the bill.

Dr. P is clearly an incompetent doctor. All she cares about is the bottom line. You should not let this doctor come anywhere near your teeth!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Avoid this dentist. Recommends unecessary procedures, poor quality work. Brought my family there, wife and four children. Bill steadily inflated from the estimate, added mini root canals, etc. Fillings fell out and have had three crowns fall out. Replaced filling turned into a root canal. On top of all that, their accounting system was so messed up I received a bill two years later. Don't say you have not been warned.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are very professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

For simple cleanings they were great. Small cavity fill was great. They did not pay attention to my billing and did more xrays than my insurance covered and I had to pay extra for that (unhappy). Then when it came to putting on a new crown, they had someone inexperienced and messed it up 3 times and it still seemed like the 4th time is still sensitive many months later when she only said it would be 3 to 6 weeks. Then we were told we owe more money but they had a problem with their accounting and had a personel change and they couldn't tell us what exactly the bill was for! At this point they became less than friendly. And they are closed on Fridays.
