We had to see a doctor after my son had a little accident at the house,
He hurt his head badly having quite a deep Cut.

From the moment we entered the waiting room up to our final check-Out is was a pleasure - the whole staff was perfectly friendly and seemed skilled and well educated.

The doctor had to close my son's Cut with a Couple of stitches, not an Easy thing if you are operating on a 3 Year Old Boy. He managed it perfectly.

We were visitors from Germany and believe me we really have excellent skilled and educated MD's.from what we experienced with him, he and his Team could easily fit in with the German Standards

We hopefully will not have to see a doctor during our holidays this year or the next years but if we need to, there is no doubt, we would see Dr.Robertson.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
THIS MAN HAS NO BUSINESS HAVING A MEDICAL LICENSE! HE IS AN ABSOLUTE DRUNK AND OR DRUGGIE HIMSELF AND IS OPERATING ONE OF THESE "PILL MILLS" AND NEEDS TO BE PUT UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE AUTHORITIES AND CHARGED ACCORDINGLY!!!!!!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff. Professional in every way.. They are so warm and make the whole experience that much better. Impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The PA, P. Murtha was exceptionally on target for my situation at the time, caring and professional.Dr. Robertson was welcomed back to the area. We needed him.

Their office equipment is in good shape - all very current and safe-looking. It put my mind at ease. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Every single one of my questions were answered during the appointment. I was so relieved that they were able to give me so much useful information.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Everyone in their office is always kind and helpful and respectful. I have found it hard to find this lately in a healthcare office...it means EVERYTHING to be treated with kindness in your unique situation. After all, you are there for their help, not to be treated as a peice of dirt, or beneath the employees. Dr. Robertson and his staff has ALWAYS been kind, understanding, and make you feel that they really care about your situation no matter how busy, or what is going on. : )
