The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
