I can not belive this Dentist! The facility was very unclean. I was refered to this Dentist by my insurance company I scheduled an appointment for two impacted wisdom teeth to be removed. One was abcest, I had never visited before and my first appointment was to have the abcest tooth removed my appointment time was for 8 am so I was told to take no pain meds that I had been prescribed as I was going to be put under for the removal. I was not seen till close to Noon. After they took me back to the room it was another 30 minutes before I met the doctor all the while trying to avoid looking at the floor there was dirt and dust collecting on the equipmemt as well as collecting in the corners of the room. I was told that I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth and that they would all have to be removed at once i disaggred and said that I was only going to have the one that was abcest removed for the time being the dentist told me that he refused to put my under for just one tooth and that he would just give me a local and remove it!!!! I was not aware that it was his chioce. After going thorught all of that I still had them remove the two because I was in so much pain I could not wait any longer. Need less to say I should have stayed in pain and waited the 6 more days till I could have someone eles remove it. He did not stich me after the removal even after informing him that I was a high bleed hazard. I ended up in the ER three days later for both holes because they had dry socket, because I do not clot well. Comfort Dental spent the next three weeks packing my holes every other day at no charge! It has now been a year after and I am still dealing with billing issuse because they removed the teeth then billed as a medical emergency on the bottom wisdom and a normal extraction on the top. They are the ones that told me all 4 had to be removed beacuse they were impacted. So needless to say they are very dishonest, dirty people.

Please consider going else where. I went because they were a PPO for my insurance but It wasn't worth it. The place is filthy. I had work done on a tooth. I went back the following week becuase it was worse than before. The hygenist said it was their fault because the filling was bad. The dentist said it was because my tooth needed a root canal, something he hadn't said at the previous visit. The hygenist felt bad I think she new I was being screwed. After visitng a second dentist I got confirmation he did a poor job. They also tried to over bill me. This was hands down my worst dental experience.

I can't believe this place. My experience was terrible from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. The waiting room was filthy, I didn't want to sit down for fear of getting dirty. The reception staff gossiped behind the counter, at full volume, about each other, their sex lives, etc. So unprofessional! When I went back for my exam, a girl came into the room and said, "Hi, I'm so-and-so, I'm an intern and I'll be doing your xrays". For the next 25 minutes, we were in complete silence, it was so uncomfortable! Finally, the doctor came in to talk to me about my xrays. He said that he saw a cavity, but that if I started flossing, it would "take care of itself". I was blown away! Then, he leaned in to take a closer look at my teeth, no mask, and his breath stunk! By the time I left I was absolutely horrified. I plan on calling my insurance company today and telling them to remove this clinic from their list of providers. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
