Please find another Primary Care he is rude and unproffesional. As long as you agree with everything he says you will be fine. Dont you dare ask him a question about his treatment. This goes for doctors and hospital satff alike. In a nut shell a loser in life that gained some power and now abuses that power.
Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.

You have to wait way too long to actually see the doctor and when you do it's for less than 5 minutes. I have waited over an hour on at least 5 occasions.

The prices are way too high. He schedules you for multiple visits when they are not needed. instead of giving you a blood order PRIOR to your visit he does it at your visit, then has you get blood taken, then makes you come in again to review the blood work. If you're a regular patient that is NOT necessary nor is it proper. That's paying for two visits; and we all know how bad times are. All of my other doctors give me a standing blood order, I get the blood work done a few days before my visit and then we talk about the results at my one visit.

The office staff is ok. One is much more a people person than the other. Hopefully you won't have to deal with the one that seems to be having a bad year or two.

The office itself is clean, very Tommy Bahama looking and inviting.
You will wait in the waiting room for over 20-40 minutes (even more during season--at least this has been my experience). At times there are not enough seats and you must wait outside the doors of his practice near an elevator.

Finally, you will be called and a nurse will weigh you and take your stats and ask some questions. After that you wait in a room for another 10-15 minutes and the nurse practitioner will come in and basically do what the doctor should be doing. She is very nice and thorough as is the nurse. I highly recommend them.

After she leaves you wait about another 10-20 minutes before Dr. Anand enters the room. He gives you a few minutes and doesn't check things that you said were wrong. I guess he goes off of what the nurse writes.

Then he will schedule you back for some reason even if it doesn't require a follow-up.

Next, if you came in for your 3 month follow up and you are ok he will still have you come back in 2-3 months just to get refills on basic meds. I'm referring to an allergy med. Now, remember, you are going there just to get a refill on meds and then he pulls the blood work thing again.

He does this to ALL of his patients and I can attest to friend I have going to him have left him due to all of this. I am not recommending him anymore.

My advice? Go elsewhere if the above sounds bothersome. In my humble opinion and through my peronal experiences I feel he doesn't take many major insurances, he is too pricey, you won't see him long, and you'll be waiting forever in that office.

I have to admit that he is knowledgeable about medicine, but I prefer a doctor that schedules appointments for humans rather than corral us in like cattle and over schedules people. My time is money as well.
