I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They allow you choose whether you waant to watch TV, listen to music. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It helped that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute.

Melissa is a top notch dentist. After my former dentist retired, I never thought I'd find anyone comparable. I was wrong! She operates exactly as he did, very thorough, yet no unnecessary procedures are ever done. And if a procedure is recommended, but not required, she tells you that as well. She explains everything completely, has a good sense of humor, and her staff is as friendly and professional as she is. As long as she is around, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my teeth!

Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
