I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

My husband waited for over a month to get scheduled for a consultation to see Dr. Isaacson. Finally, after the long wait through much pain, he showed up to his consultation appointment only to be told that upon calling and confirming his appointment the day before, the scheduler was told by my husband that he cancelled that appointment over two weeks earlier! NOT TRUE. My husband has been through many types of therapy and such for his back pain and was looking forward to trying something he hadn't tried before since there wasn't anything he's tried before that seemed to help. He is standing in the Dr. Isaacson's office on the day he was scheduled to have the consultation and was turned away --- they say he cancelled the appointment yet there he is standing in front of them. Still he is turned away and they rescheduled the appointment. Of course we have to wait another two weeks to get in again. Again he shows up to the appointment, is standing in Dr. Isaacson's office and is told that he, my husband, called and cancelled his appointment again. NOT TRUE. Again, do they take the time as professionals and those supposedly concerned for the well being of their patients, do they take the time to get him in to see the doctor---on this second visit? NO! Again, he is turned away because they haven't the time. This I don't understand as I am an educator and am willing to offer the time, however long it might take, to any student who might need the extra time and help. Obviously, at Dr. Isaacson's office, they are more concerned about just putting in the time they are required and no more and without any regard to their patients. When I called the Dr. Isaacson's office, I was quite upset because this has happened twice now and again, they have no time to work him in. I do know for a fact, Dr. Isaacson's office did not call and talk to either my husband or myself. Their office claims maybe they talked to someone else in the house. My husband and I are the only ones living in our home. Dr. Isaacson's head nurse then asked me if my husband had mental problems and was mentally unstable! UNBELIEVABLE! I cannot believe she had the intestinal fortitude and unprofessionalism to even ask such a thing. She told me that had he been an established patient, they would have worked him in --- it's pretty difficult to become an established patient when they keep cancelling your appointments. Bottom line, they were not truthful and they cancelled my husband's appointments probably to work in those "established" patients. I DO NOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE ---- I WOULD NOT WISH THIS TYPE OF FRUSTRATION ON ANYONE ---- AND AS A SO-CALLED HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL, IT IS BEYOND ME HOW THEY CAN TURN A PATIENT AWAY, NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE WHEN THE PATIENT IS STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE, AGAIN, NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE. I was frustrated the first time he was turned away, but the second time? It's simply unprofessional and simply shows where Dr. Isaacson and his staff hold their patient's well-being.
