Where Do I start Well 1st I advise anybody with a PPO insurance not to step foot into this office I have never in my life had an experience like this, So I schd an appt with their office in which I had to contact there ofc several times to verify my Childs benefits in which I was told that I would have to pay in full my services due the deductible Appling in which I immediately contacted my ins. and they stated that is incorrect because are visits are covered 100% so I contacted them back gave the info I had rcvd and ask them to reverfi in which they did, and they stated they put notes in system so that I would not have any problems with my kids appts when I came in 15 minutes prior to me arriving for my appt I rcvd a call that because my appt was on sat. That they would have to rshd this appt due to the INS co. being closed and them not able to get verification of the INS. I immediately called back and they were able to locate the notes so I followed through everything from that point on went as well as I expected until Today. I had schd another new pt visit for daughter in which I called the office 2 days prior to my sat visit to make sure they verified her ins prior to her appt so I would not have any problems because she needed this appt for physical for school in addition I had appt for my twins where seen the first time to complete the rest of their tx. I arrived for my appt and yet again ran into the same problem however this time they where completely deny my daughter her visit because they dropped the ball and did not verify my daughters INS. So of course I was extremely upset because she needed this for school and I took the steps necessary to make sure this was done prior to her appt. So I decided to at least follow through with my twins appts for the rest of their tx when I was approached by a gentleman which didn't acknowledge me name just gave me a gesture and stated I am the ofc administrator he said about your twins appts where are not going to be able to see them because we have not received payment for their services from their first visit mind you was less than a month ago which usually most ins. co. will take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to send payment so I asked him why are you denying my kids their visits he stated we are not denying them services we are saying that we can't proceed with their treatment until we receive payment so how stupid he was to say that because what he told me was the same thing as my question of being denied services. So I had rcvd an explanation of benefits from my ins which stated this claim is still pending due to information need from the pt which I submitted on Friday I told him that he said because they have not received payment I am responsible how am I responsible for this bill when In fact from the insurance on actual letter head from the ins. it Cleary states that this claim is pending and I never signed a form in the office that stated that I am responsible for payment if my insurance is still processing this claim he told me over and over again ins did not deny your claim but kept insisting that I pay for the bill so backwards I was so upset he belittled me as I told him I have worked in healthcare and he stated if you worked healthcare then you should be a "good patient and know that you have to pay this bill what bill I questioned if this is still pending ins. payment and I never rcvd any bill in the mail only the EOB's from the ins. in which stated the claim is still pending needless to say they lost 6 ppo patients and the optional for good word of mouth which is a lot more stronger than any advertisement you will pay and the potential for a lot of referrals of respect patents

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
