My visit went well until I informed the staff member in the allergy dept. that my insurance company informed me" I have a hypoallerginic allotment and all I needed was my allergist to fax a perscription or recomdation for these products." Well they were more than happy to give me a book which had products for sale on a previous visit. When I asked them to fax this recomendation, they were not very willing at all and even said it was alot of work and I should fax it somewhere else. I feel this was very in approiate and a FAX how hard is that. Its not like the paper was costing the associate. I was very discussed with the whole situation.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
