Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

The Dr's Ray are very knowledgeable and competent. However, if you disagree with what they want to do with your child, watch out! As a health care professional myself, I have spent alot of time researching the pros/cons of vaccines and have chosen not to vaccinate my children. After being berated for over 20 min by Dr. Dorothy Ray who poo poo'd all research against vaccinations, we were discharged from care as they refuse to take patients who will not vaccinate!

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
