I am VERY CHOOSY about any doctor/s I choose. You couldn't ask for a more
professional, and also WARM & COMPASSIONATE group of doctors and staff!
I highly recommend Dr Heller and all his staff!
I find Dr Carolyn AND Dr Heller absolutely excellent, highly skilled! Claudette is amazing at helping me feel at ease as well as good with a needle to keep it all painless. All staff are FUN, FRIENDLY and informative.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and Dr. Heller and staff were by far the best I've ever seen. They were always very considerate and professional. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Dr. Heller has a wonderful bedside manner and greets all of his patients as though they were old friends.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I wasted 45minutes in the room for him and finally walked out. He is a joke his office staff is a joke. I talked with some fake Nicki Manaj looking Chinese lady who was rude to me after I told her I do not want any prescriptions and just wanted a referral to another Dr. for a non invasive procedure. I then sat in the room for 45 mins without any other interaction. Walked out and stopped at the desk to tell them I was leaving and that they left me waiting for 45 mins. All they did was stare at me like a deer in headlights and said " Ok I will let the doctor know".

Since I know you will read this Dr. Heller, my whole family used to go to you ( have told them they need to go else where as you are a joke) and if I were you....fire your office staff and start over. You will not last in this changing economy with how you are doing business.
