They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

Very professional with an excellent use of technology. Dr Pierce's bedside manner was very good and I felt he took the time to answer my questions while completing a thorough exam. The treatment was liquid nitrogen for a few suspecious spots on my shoulders, face and head.

When I asked for a full body inspection, he quickly obliged. I was quite comfortable as a patient and felt that I received good Customer care.
