Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times?
Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Yes, I always enjoy my appointments
