Dr. Agin has been my general doctor for quite some time. At first the Dr would always see me and he would really take the time to make sure I understood things and why they were being done. However, as time has gone on, he seems to hardly ever be in the office and when he is, I get the impression he only sees "important" patients. Otherwise, I have seen nurses. That said, I currently have no acute medical issues, although I have some that require long-term oversight (blood tests, etc.) The nurses are wonderful and I have a great rapport with them. If I were reviewing the nurses, It would be 4 1/2 stars, not 3.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
