Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The office was easy enough to find. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
