They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. One thing that's been so annoying about #fullname|business~this provider#, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They don't offer flexible appointment times at all. I have a busy schedule, and they are almost never able to fit me in at the times I would be able to go. His staff also cannot bill correctly and constantly over charged when on a contracted rate. When confronted, I was asked to leave and not to return, even though he knew that I was out of medication.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, they are almost always unavailable

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits nor did they take labs (blood draws) after I was on certain meds for over 2 years! I brought it up & he said to bring in a copy from my PCP. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time due to being so booked, the wait time was hours! Dr.Jones got ALL new staff & fixed that problem. They weren't the worst psychiatrist I've ever seen, but they definitely weren't the best. I feel at ease under their care.
