They did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared about me. Sometimes I have to wait a long time in the waiting room but I would rather wait knowing that the doctor takes his time with his patients and with me. The waiting room is spacious and the seats are comfortable. The bathrooms are next door and are very convenient. His office is near the elevator so that is also convenient. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I highly recommend Dr. Beltran and find him very comforting, informative,cordial and easy to talk to. He has always been able to answer my questions and give explanations.
