A very caring and proficient provider. They return phone calls as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make us feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern that we may have.We know that we can always count on them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I am a chiropractic physician and I refer all of my "dermally challenged" patients to Dr. Nelson's office. He takes very good care of my wife. We like his character and manner. He's a smart and talented dermatologist

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
