The office was easy enough to find and the receptionist was kind and helpful. Dr. Mauch had a horrible attitude. He didn't examine me or ask any questions. He attempted to pressure me into starting accitane 20 seconds into the appointment. I found Dr. Mauch to be extremely arrogant. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I will not refer anyone to this office I left without any helpful information.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They staff is very knowledgeable, qualified and personable
