They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Dr. Wilbur is very professional in her work and really cares about her patients. I am an RN and I do know how to recognize a good doctor, and I feel Jimmie Wilbur is one of the best. I even have my entire family going to her, and they too love her.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
