They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Every single one of my questions were answered during the appointment. I was so relieved that they were able to give me so much useful information. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr Neufeld and his staff are one of a handful of truly neighborhood physicians left. He has been in the same spot for years. He has been my wifes family's doctor since she was a baby almost 30 years now. I can say he really cares. He has several nurses and PA's who have also been with him for a long time. This consistency speaks volumes about someones personality and their long term vision. Dr. Neufeld is a disappearing breed. A family doctor who cares, starts a practice and stays with it. Great Doctor, great staff, highly recommend.
