I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

My son has been Dr. Declue's patient for 4 years now. Every time we come here Dr. Declue always remembers us by name and the staff greets us as soon as we walk in the door, even if it's been months since my son's last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only are they able to answer all of my questions, they give me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they know. I really admire Dr. Declue for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when he doesn't have an answer to my question. He isn't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident he always has my son's best interest at heart. He listens to my sons questions and concerns and addresses them directly to my son, making sure he understands everything and is comfortable. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive he is. Dr. Declue and his staff have never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

No, my decisions were always respected

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

A few, but not too many

Not at all. They wouldn't let me leave unless my child got every vaccination

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
