My appointment was terrible! I arrived early and waited for an hour without seeing anyone. This is unacceptable. I understand offices sometimes get backed up, but the appropriate course of action is to inform the patient and provide a choice. If the role was reversed and I arrived late then I would be denied service and forced to pay a fee. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. It was really disappointing as I have a disease and really needed to be seen and this doctor seems to be qualified. In all fairness the receptionist was apologetic and professional after I cancelled and left.
