I was able to take as much time as I needed. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
