What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Your staff is a reflection of the doctor himself. Whenever I have visited an office and the staff was rude, short and unfriendly I dont have a desire to return to that office. The attitude the staff has with patients is a big indication of the type of attitude I will get from the doctor. I saw other patients in the office treated with the same disrespect and uncareing attitude and if it where not a time sensitive matter I would have let and found another doctor to see. I do believe I will do that as soon as time allows.
