Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

just moved 2 plant city and had an emergency so my husband drove me directly here. I was seen immediately with amazing care! Amazing reception and nurses, both my husband and i we're treated with the up-most respect and courtesy. Never have i had a doctor actually respect what i had 2 say and listen as attentively as this man did. I went 2 the urgent care because we do not currently have a family doctor, but we definitive found our soon to be. Both my husband and i would highly recommend this man, not only did he actually spend time with us like most doctors don't but he treated us so great that we won't look elsewhere.

They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
