I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.
