They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
