Dr. Landrigan is one of the most attentive doctors I've ever met. I had a great experience. My previous urologist spent maybe 10 minutes with me on my initial visit, gave me a diagnosis, a script for antibiotics and sent me on my way. Later, I find out that the M.D. I saw was a P.A., but I was charged as though I saw the MD! Dr. Landrigan spent 30-40 minutes with me thoroughly discussing my recurrent UTI issue and the measures that can be taken to prevent and alleviate my symptoms. He was personable, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His staff scheduled my CT for me (which saved me a long phone call) and provided me with additional info and the coinsurance amount for my cystoscopy exam. Overall, this is a really good, thorough, and "understandable" doctor who actually listens and explains, and that's hard to come by.
I had two appointments with Dr. Landrigan before checking this site; my experiences were great! There was a wait but it was average compared to my other doctor appointments. Dr. Landrigan was very thorough. He gave me all the options and encouraged a second opinion for my situation instead of pressuring me into surgery. The ladies in the office were kind and capable. There were no issues with my insurances. The office consisted of four rooms (I think). I will continue to go to Dr. Landrigan.
DO NOT USE!!! This doctor is kinda "i don't care" -ish. His staff are morons. His facility is a tiny hole in a wall with a reception area, a tiny bathroom and one room (my bedroom is bigger than his office). After they collected 2 full office visit payments from my insurance company, they waited a full year and tried to bill me + late charges, a year later! I refused to pay, challenging them with "My insurance already paid you" and they said "We haven't recieved anything from your insurance company". They sent my file to a credit bureau and reported it on my credit. Do not use - you WILL get screwed.
