Dr. Chen is amazing. I have never met a provider as wonderful with children, friendly, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chen. She is very thorough, takes her time with the kids, allows you to ask questions, and actually knows what she is doing. The different props she uses to check the children's vision are tailored to kids, with neat glasses to check the visit. She actually makes it fun for them to have their eyes checked.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
