Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
