They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

It is obvious that the office in Wellington is cleaned regularly. My appointment was cancelled once and they called me to postpone it. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions.

I telephoned today for an appointment and was told that Dr. Knowlton is no longer at Women's Health & body.
