They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Yes, you do have to wait. When it is your turn you get the time you need. It is a fair deal. I have been to doctors who only spent 5 minutes with me and so he could see many more people than Dr. Prettelt. But this doctor is willing to spend as long as needed to take care of my problems. He is wonderful and his staff are very helpful and friendly. Best doctor and staff in the area..

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the health of their patients. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were by far some of the best and most interested I have ever been treated by. Best thing about Dr. Prettelt is that he is my age and understands things, both mentally/physically, that we encounter when over 50. Takes the time to listen and responds with sensible and, what have proven to me, to be appropriate solutions/recommendations. Overall, one that took the oath and sticks to it.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do.
